Follow our guidelines for setting up your artwork and your prints will shine every time.
Easy! When you receive your order confirmation email, it will have upload options and instructions on how to send your artwork to us. If our art department has not heard from you within 24 hours of placing your order, they will contact you to see if you need any assistance. There's no need to worry though, our experienced art department will review your artwork and provide you a digital proof of the product your order before we begin production. If there is a problem with your artwork, they will work with you to solve the problem.
We prefer vector file formats when ever possible. We also understand that's not always an option. Don't worry if you don't have one of those formats, we can work with just about any file you send us. VBS also has an on-site digital studio capable of capturing Giclée certified digital scans and reproductions. Your job will be handled by and experienced member of our art department so your product turns out great every time. Below is a list of file formats we prefer:
Open our templates in your favorite design software. We made them available in PDF format for use with Illustrator, Photoshop and more. Then copy and paste your high resolution artwork onto the artwork layer.
Scale, rotate and move your artwork to the desired position on the template. Be sure to preserve vector objects for better scalability. Feel free to design, create new layers and build your artwork directly in our template.
When you're finished editing and are happy with the way your design looks, be sure to outline your type. Save your file in the native file format and your done! We accept any format on our upload page.
